Re-crisp last night's pizza or bake a fresh pizza. Made of cordierite, a composite known for its ability to maintain high heat and absorb moisture to produce a delectably crisp crust. Fired in a kiln at 2300 F over several days, it withstands thermal shock (temperature changes) without cracking. Small fits all types of toaster- and countertop-ovens. Microwave safe, too. Imported.
